The principals of Devon Title have worked for years in virtually every facet of the title business. From examining titles to underwriting difficult issues and closing to management, they have done it all. They are also often called upon to conduct seminars that educate others about the various issues affecting the real estate industry.

DAN LIEVOIS, an attorney, received his undergraduate degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University and obtained his law degree from the Detroit College of Law. He has been active in the title business since 1977 working in various capacities. He is currently Devon Title’s CEO.

ELISE LIEVOIS, an attorney, received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Michigan State University and obtained her law degree from the Detroit College of Law. She has worked as State Counsel for a national title underwriter and is President of Devon Title Agency.

SHERRY NESBITT has worked in every phase of the title business from underwriting and closing processes to office management and company financials. Involved in the industry for more than 35 years, she holds the positions of Sr. Vice President and CFO.
